Customer Identification Program Notice

In accordance with legal regulations designed to prevent terrorism financing and money laundering, all financial institutions are obligated to gather, verify, and document details that identify each individual or entity opening an account. As part of this process, we are required to request your name, address, date of birth, and other relevant details about you, your organization, or individuals connected to your organization to confirm your identity before we can approve your account. Additionally, we may ask for specific identification documents, such as your passport or driver’s license, or for your organization's incorporation papers. We may also obtain credit reports and other consumer data to assist in confirming your identity and assessing whether you meet our account eligibility criteria. If you do not provide the requested information and documents, we may not be able to proceed with opening your account.

By submitting an application for a Winston Pierce account, you agree to supply the requested information and documentation and authorize Winston Pierce to obtain credit and other consumer reports about you as described above.
